It was sort of an accident, this looking for light.

I'm just over here packing my bag for my Monday.

Snowdrops are blooming in Lancaster.

I will always be

He is Jehovah. He is the Lord.

To taste the presence and provision of God requires noticing. That's all.

That God is a lawgiver and judge is not something we humans like to dwell on. It makes us uncomfortable to face our own limitations and sin. It's easier to focus on God's love and mercy.

A few years ago, while at school in Pennsylvania, I got to know some people from Kansas. They gushed about the beauty of their land, their trains, their garden, their world. I wondered what made it so special.

First time experiences + most embarrassing moment + how God is showing up for me these days = all in my latest blog post, "Obviously"
